Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work? +
You get full access to Squaura on your chosen plan for the length of the trial. We take your card details up front so your account continues seamlessly when the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted? +
Squaura uses Paddle as its payment provider, which accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal in supported countries.
Is VAT handled automatically? +
Yes. Paddle is a Merchant of Record, which means all tax obligations — VAT, GST, sales tax — are handled by Paddle on your behalf.
What does "unlimited tournaments" mean? +
There is no cap on the number of competitions you can create or run. Pricing is per organisation, not per event.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or national federations? +
Yes. Contact our sales team and we'll work out the right arrangement for your organisation.
